NXT5 in 5 steps:

1. Publish your profile: Sign in
2. Choose your favorites
3. Your favorites will be informed that somebody has chosen them
4. Your profile will be presented to your favorites among other profiles
5. If a favorite chooses you, there is an opportunity to chat with each other. If not, life goes on as if nothing has happened

My Favorites shows a list of your favorites. If the choice is mutual, you can start a chat session there.

The candidates presented to you are selected conform your profile in My Profile. Change these settings and see what happens!
